DHAKA: Bangladeshi advisor on foreign affairs said that the emergency may be lifted in early November for holding transparent elections.
Talking with the delegation of the European Commission in Dhaka, Advisor on foreign affairs Iftekhar Ahmed Chaudhry said that for holding impartial elections, the emergency may be lifted in the first week of November.
He said that the delegation of the European Commission is on the tour of Bangladesh for reviewing the political situation.
