  LAHORE:  Following the footsteps of citizens, traders announced Wednesday that they would  set the overcharged electricity bills on fire. 
 The announcement was made  by representatives of All Pakistan Traders Association comprising Haji Maqsood  Butt, Abdul Razzaq, Khalid Parvez, Haji Tariq and Ashraf Bhatti during a joint  press conference in Lahore.
 
 They expressed their desire to cooperate with  the government, but added that people would come out in the streets if  overbilling continued in the future. The enraged traders said they would discard  the electricity bills and would launch a country-wise strike.
 
 APTA  further announced not to observe strike on call of federation of chamber and  industry on November 25.
